Personalised care for Stress, Depression and Mental Wellbeing
Holistic Ayurveda approach that restores mental & emotional wellbeing
Chronic stress, depression and anxiety often run deeper than they appear, affecting how the body functions and not just how the mind feels.
At Ayurvedagram, your doctor holds expertise in both Ayurveda and psychology. Your mind, your body and your history are understood by the same person, as one picture.
Your journey starts with a consultation to identify specific imbalances causing your condition. From there, every therapy, meal and daily routine is chosen specifically for you.
Your care is guided by an Ayurvedic doctor and adapted continuously based on your response and recovery pace.
Each day follows a structured rhythm of consultation, therapies, rest, and emotionally supportive practices without overwhelming your body.
Note: Exact treatment procedure and details are curated after your doctor consultation.
Ayurveda has been working with nervous system imbalance for over 8000 years. What it offers is a clinical framework for understanding why the nervous system has lost its capacity to recover, and a set of therapies that address the conditions beneath the symptoms. Relaxation is often a welcome outcome of this. Recovery is the goal.
Yes, in most cases. Our doctors are experienced in working with guests who are on psychiatric medication. They will review your current treatment during the initial consultation and design a programme that is safe and complementary to it. We do not recommend changing or stopping any prescribed medication without the guidance of your treating physician.
A hospital or clinic addresses mental health primarily through consultation, medication or therapy sessions. You visit, get treatment and return to the same environment that may be contributing to the condition.
At Ayurvedagram, care does not work in sessions. You stay here. Your doctor designs a programme that works through every part of your day- the therapies you receive, the food you eat, the routine you follow, the quality of rest you get. Each element is chosen to support your recovery.
This is why conditions like chronic stress, anxiety, burnout and depression often respond differently here than they do to standard approaches. Care begins with understanding you, not just your symptoms. Treatment follows from there.
The programme has structure, but it is not rigid. Diet is an integral part of the treatment, with meals that are warm, nourishing, easy to digest and prepared according to your therapeutic requirements. Many say the structure itself is one of the things that helps most.
Many of our guests arrive with no prior experience of Ayurveda. Your doctor will explain everything clearly, what they are observing, what they are recommending, and why. You will not need to understand Ayurvedic theory to benefit from it. You will need only to be present, and to give the process the time it asks for.
The duration depends on your condition, how long you have been experiencing it, and how your body responds to treatment. There is no fixed timeline. Your doctor will assess this during your initial consultation and recommend a programme length that is right for you.
